This dress is made of Kenyan khanga leso fabric underskirt (flowery), put together with a red and black batik tye & dye fabric from Ghana and bodice made of Black French lace. When i was designing this dress, I was thinking "girly, afrocentric, contemporary, fun, colour".... The fitted lace top and the round frilly skirt with crynolin underskirt, work well me thinks?
